Not only does it turn out magnificent pizzas with golden crusts worthy of any pizzeria, but it does so in no time! This gas-powered Ooni can bake perfect pizzas (up to 16") in just 60 seconds. It's just as easy as grilling but produces brick-oven quality pies. Ooni pizza oven also easily fits a standard baker's peel, so it's easy to transfer the dough into the oven and move your finished pizzas.
Easy to use from start to finish. Open the box, flip open the foldable legs, insert the cordierite baking stone, and connect your propane gas tank. Turn it on, and in approximately 20 minutes, it will reach the desired temperature, and by the time you're done making your pizza, the Ooni is ready to go. It can reach temperatures up to 932°F (500°C), and you can set it up practically anywhere.

Test kitchen tips
The baking stone surface will increase in temperature the closer it is to the flame. We find that once the oven is preheated, turning down the heat and rotating pizza regularly will help cook it evenly and avoid over-cooking. We do not recommend using parchment paper with the Koda 16 as the temperatures are too hot.
