Capture the excitement of a sled ride through a winter wonderland with our Snow Day Sledder Springerle Mold!
Individually hand-cast and hand-finished mold captures the spirit of winters long ago. Simply press the intricately carved design into your favorite batch of springerle dough and bake.
Refrigerate dough for at least an hour. Brush a very light coating of flour on the dough and the springerle mold. Roll dough ⅛" to ¼" thick. Press mold firmly into the dough, then remove and cut around the design with a knife or pastry wheel. Molds can also be used for fondant.
