Designed for use with the stainless steel Beater Bowl, the Premium Beater Set includes two specialized tools for everything from whipped cream to pie crust. The oversized Balloon Whisks incorporate more air for light, fluffy whipped cream, meringue, sponge cake, and buttercream. The sturdy stainless steel Cookie Beaters are designed to cut cold butter into flour for pie crust, biscuits, scones, and pastry dough, for tender, flaky, crumbly results, while also mixing thicker cookie doughs and batters. A durable beater housing keeps everything secure and easy to use, with no loose parts or complicated assembly.

Please note: The Premium Beater Set is designed for use only with the stainless steel Beater Bowl and is not compatible with the plastic Beater Bowl. The set does not include the beater post, so you must already have the post required to operate the beaters.
