In accordance with California’s AB 1200, USA Pans has released the following statement that is required by law to share with any California resident purchasing the products below.

Article 2 of CA AB 1200, which amended the California Health and Safety Code to require “manufacturers” of “cookware” sold in California to disclose the presence of intentionally added chemicals identified on the California Department of Toxic Substances Control’s (CDTSC’s) “designated list” of potentially toxic and hazardous chemicals (available here).
