Make bakery-quality baguettes at home! This beautifully crafted French pan is the trick to making golden, crusty loaves with an airy interior.
A gorgeous baguette is the gold standard for bakers, and this pan makes it possible in your home kitchen. The stoneware baker makes three 13½" traditional thin (2¼") crisp French baguettes. Pan wells are 1" deep.
Here's how it works: The lid traps steam during baking to replicate the environment of a steam-injected oven. This steam allows the bread to expand fully, and also creates the crisp, crackly crust so characteristic of artisan breads.

Care & storage
Dishwasher- and freezer-safe. Oven-safe to 500°F.
Test kitchen tips
Our test kitchen bakers find that spraying the pan with non-stick cooking spray, as opposed to the traditional sprinkled flour, yields a perfect loaf that releases cleanly.
