Test kitchen tips

Place the pans on a baking sheet before filling them for easy transfer to the oven; the baking sheet will keep the pans from tipping or wobbling, and support the pans as they bake. We like to lightly spray the pans with baking spray before using to ensure our baked goods release easily.
