Fudge Brownie Hearts

Quarter our Fudge Brownies recipe (preferably by weight, for best accuracy) and mix in a medium bowl by hand, using a flexible spatula to vigorously combine the ingredients. Divide the batter evenly among the wells of a Bite-Sized Silicone Heart Pan (a level Teaspoon Scoop works well). Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, until tops are shiny and matte, and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs but no uncooked batter. Let the brownie hearts cool in the mold before gently popping out.
