Equipped with stainless steel cutting wires on a wooden frame, it ensures quick, uniform cuts every time. Place rolled-out pasta dough across the wires, and press pasta dough through the wire with a rolling pin. The pasta noodles will fall through wire onto a slanted wooden board under the wires. Separate the noodles and let them rest before cooking.
