When it comes to making your best pizza, you want to have everything just right — and baking temperature is critical. With this laser-guided thermometer gun, you can instantly measure the surface temperature of a stone or steel in your home oven, an Ooni pizza oven, or your grill with accuracy within 4°F. The thermometer is calibrated for cordierite baking stones in Ooni ovens but has an adjustable setting for reading steel and other materials. To bake a pizza in a lightning-fast 60 seconds, aim for a temperature of about 752°F (400°C).
