Our Pastry Flour Blend creates tender, delicate baked goods but also makes dough that is easier to handle and shape. Use it for biscuits, pie crust, muffins, and other non-yeast recipes.
Our Pasty Flour Blend gives you the best of both worlds: it is a combination of our All-Purpose Flour and Pastry Flour, and it's easier to work with (in terms of shaping, rolling, etc.) than either 100% pastry flour or 100% cake flour, which would result in doughs that are almost too delicate to handle.
