Beautiful bakery-quality loaves get their shape from a traditional brotform, and now your breads can, too. After rising in the brotform, your loaf will sport a gorgeous pattern of floury rings circling the deep-golden crust. We've paired our brotform with a seamless cotton liner that helps to ensure an easy, foolproof release and a signature "cloth-raised" crust (typical of a couche). Simple and well-made, the liner is custom-shaped to fit over the sides and into a 9" round brotform. The liner cradles the dough like a cloth hammock, nestling the dough nicely into the brotform (you'll still get the striking coil-shaped pattern to your loaf when using the liner; it merely protects the dough).
