Our most festive springerle molds!
Custom-designed for King Arthur; single 4" x 3½" mold creates four iconic Christmas images (each design is 1¾" x 1½") at once. Simply press the mold into your holiday cookie dough (we love using gingerbread, springerle, and speculaas recipes) to emboss your cookies. Hand cast and hand finished mold will emboss your cookie creations with great detail.

Test kitchen tips
Refrigerate dough for at least an hour. Brush a very light coating of flour on the dough and the springerle mold. Roll dough ⅛" to ¼" thick. Press mold firmly into the dough, then remove and cut around the design with a knife or pastry wheel. Molds can also be used for fondant.
