  • 9" Parchment Rounds: Handy parchment rounds are pre-cut for your convenience. Perfect for your 9"-diameter layer cake pan. These are also great for lining a pastry-lined pie dish or tart shell before putting on weights and blind baking. Package of 48 parchment rounds.
  • Half Sheet Baking Parchment Paper: Heavy duty, 50-count, approximately 70-sq. ft. Each sheet measures 16½" x 12¼", just the right size for most cookie sheets; it nestles perfectly into our half sheet pans. Works beautifully for pizzas and artisan dough; put the parchment and dough right on your baking stone. Reach for a sheet of parchment before rolling out piecrust or shaping a fancy yeasted coffeecake.
  • Parchment Squares: These multifunctional squares are just the right size to keep ingredients in order and within reach. Perfect for weighing or measuring ingredients, separating burgers, baking small amounts, and holding individual already-baked goods. Set of 1000 bakeable, food-prep paper squares. 5½" x 5½".
Care & storage

Recommended maximum oven temperature for single use: 500°F. For multiple uses: 450°F. Microwave- and freezer-safe.

Test kitchen tips
  • Parchment means cookies, sticky breads, and pies will slip right off the sheet when they’re done. Your pans will stay perfectly clean, and the parchment can be reused again and again.
  • Try lining your bread or 9" x 13" pans with parchment, and clipping it to the edges with metal binder clips. After the food is baked, you can use the parchment to lift the bread or cake right out of the pan.
  • In our test kitchen, we reuse each sheet till it falls apart (many times), so this amount of parchment will last you for a VERY long time. Once you've baked with parchment, you'll never want to go without.
